Hmmm... I don't know why I keep this. It seems like i have a lot of stuff that I really want to put out: to 'show'. But i also have this incredible anxiety. The whole idea of me showing what i do to the people seems so scary. All these ideas, expressions stay where they are. Is this healthy? Is 'showing' people healthy, if it makes m anxious?
